摘要
The objective of the present article is to reflect about the way in which the Popular Environmental Education (PEE), constitutes the base of the Environmental Education in the community, when it supports the integration of the different actors in the achievement of the strategic objectives, and it contributes to raise the protagonist role of the social actors in the knowledge management throw the participative practices and the collective construction of knowledge. It is analyzed from a conceptual theoretic panoramic how the Popular Environmental Education makes possible that the subjects themselves can do a critical reading of their reality, that permits them to identify problems, to select actions alternatives and to construct and reconstruct feasible proposals of solution. As conclusions it is reflected2/ that beginning from the Popular Environmental Education, it is possible to potentiate leaders who are capable to post for facing climatic changes in the communities.
