摘要：

Intellectual property strategy is the protection and recognition of knowledge innovation and an important guarantee for realizing independent innovation, while industrial innovation system is an important way to realize independent innovation. This paper discussed the relationship between intellectual property strategy and innovation, the position and role of intellectual property strategy in industrial innovation system, and it expounded on the framework structure of industrial innovation system. The industrial innovation model and system including intellectual property strategy was constructed in the paper. And the paper also pointed out the operation mechanism of intellectual property strategy in the industrial innovation system.
