摘要
Image processing methods can be a useful tool for detecting and analyzing aircraft panel values in order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. This short literature review features the motivation and methods used in cockpit dashboard image processing and the unique setbacks of dynamic flight environments such as lighting and vibration. Another objective is to identify methodology from other needle-type instrument reading research to potentially transfer to this scarcely explored application area.
