摘要
The work discusses the solution of the problem of static optimization of a four-column unit designed for isoprene separation from pyrolysis fraction C5. A two-stage decomposition method of static optimization according to the selected optimality criterion in the form of specific energy costs to obtain a target product of a given quality is used; the first stage involves the sequential calculation of static modes of the technological apparatuses by separate criteria, taking into account the overall optimality criterion for the whole system. It is established that the main economic benefit is obtained from the first stage of optimization, where the technological scheme is decomposed into individual elements. Subsequent optimization at the second stage, with simultaneous variation of all control variables, is shown to provide limited benefit.
