摘要：
Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension A 25-year-old woman with severe obesity presented with a 1-week history of blurred vision and headaches. Neurologic examination revealed optic-disk swelling in both eyes. MRI showed flattened posterior globes and an empty sella.
