摘要
This article contextualizes the studies of Human Rights today, based on the tradition that affirms its history and defines the usual ways of thinking about them. In this context, the linearity of historical progress, the 'liberal pact' and the common sense of these rights are questioned. Which, justify both the tradition in their thought and history, as the present modes of these rights. As for the structure of the text, first, there is a synthesis of the readings and the 'state of the art' on the subject. Then, a presentation on tradition and historical narrative. Finally, it is questioned and criticized the tradition of Human Rights. In that regard, this is an article that problematizes the traditional formation of Human Rights that is affirmed nowadays, from the state of the art, historical narrative and critique.
