Aesthetic experience and remembrance in everyday objects

In this paper, we study the aesthetic and evocative power of our deceased's be-longings. For this aim, we lead to every-day aesthetics and its double version: in the "weak" version, the object, taken as a relic, turns the memory of our deceased into a mere sympathetic connection. The "strong" version, instead, restoring its utility to the object, allows an empathe-tic insight into the absent person, who is then remembered in a more intense way. The main goal here is to consider the ex-perience of remembrance of our decea-sed as a fully aesthetic experience.
