摘要
The rapid uptake of multi-new-flexible resources, such as 5G base stations and electric vehicles, is increasing network loss and peak-valley difference. This work proposes a collaborative control strategy to leverage multi -new-flexible resources in MV-LV distribution networks for power dispatching. Firstly, a bottom-up approach is adopted using a schedulable domain model to evaluate and aggregate the flexible capacity of multi-new-flexible resources. Then, an up-bottom strategy is adopted for power grid dispatching to improve the economy and se-curity of the power grid. The proposed strategy is assessed using an IEEE-33 MV network and an 11-node LV network with multi-new-flexible resources. Results demonstrate that the proposed strategy effectively reduces network loss, peak-valley difference, and coordinates multi-new-flexible resources in MV-LV distribution net-works. Comparative experiments prove that the proposed method can reduce the configuration cost of energy storage and computational complexity.
