摘要：
Let F be a Hecke-Maass cusp form on SL(3, Z) and. a primitive Dirichlet character of prime power conductor q = p(k) with p prime. In this paper, we will prove the following subconvexity bound L(1/2 + it, F x chi) <<(pi,epsilon) p(3/4)(q(1+vertical bar t vertical bar))(3/4- 3/40+epsilon), for any epsilon > 0 and t is an element of R.
