摘要
This article analyzes the importance of forensic science in investigation with special focus on narcoanalysis, brain mapping, and polygraph test. With the help of forensic science and its new techniques, crimes can be easily solved. The scope of forensic science is growing day by day. There are several branches of forensic science that are really very helpful in identifying and solving the crime and finding out the perpetrator. This article mainly focuses on the application of scientific tests such as narcoanalysis, brain mapping, and polygraph test in the investigation and detection of crimes and how far it is admissible in the court of law. While going through in-depth reading of this article, a clear picture of the importance of scientific tests and its legal implications will be thoroughly understood.
