摘要
Different techniques for digital image correlation data processing used to evaluate the elastic properties have been assessed in the work. Carbon fiber reinforced polymer specimens with different layups are tested by tension. Five approaches for setting the virtual extensometers and two principles of approximation of sigma(epsilon(xx)) and epsilon(yy)(epsilon(xx)) dependences are analyzed. It is shown that linear fitting provides less scattered results for all layups than a two point chord linearization. Among different types of extensometers, the best results are achieved using the method that utilizes several point-to-point extensometers uniformly distributed on the specimen surface.
