摘要：

On 14 April, the controversial pension reform was approved in France. Controversial for two very different reasons: the form and the substance. The form with respect to the particular procedure used in its processing, which limited the debate on the text; and the substance fundamentally for raising the retirement age, although, strictly speaking, as will be seen, what it does in this respect is rather to accelerate a provision already established in the reform carried out in 2014.
