摘要
This paper presents a power-efficient inductor-less receiver for NB-IoT sensor node applications implemented in TSMC 65nm CMOS technology. The wideband receiver covers all NB-IoT bands up to 2.5 GHz and employs 28.5 dB gain control to reduce power consumption based on received signal strength. The receiver gives a measured maximum gain of 42.1 dB with an NF of 4.2 dB while consuming 6.5 mW of power. The receiver occupies an area of 0.48 mm(2) and satisfies all noise and linearity specifications as per 3GPP standards for NB-IoT systems.
