摘要：
The objective of the present research is to analyze the relationship between a sedentary lifestyle and physical activity at school and after school performed by students in the sixth year of primary school. A total of 35 school children between 11 and 12 years old took part in the study, who, firstly, answered questions of the PAQ-C questionnaire, and on the other hand, they actively participated in 5 physical education sessions belonging to an active didactics unit (UDA). The data obtained from the statistical analysis showed significant relationships between some anatomical and physiological variables, obtained in the school physical education classes and the questionnaire data. They also concluded that the intensity (from moderate to vigorous) of physical activity proposed in a UDA is close to the recommendations within physical education classes.
