摘要
The key to success in crop virus management is having the ability to detect pathogens early and accurately. In the last 20 years, loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) has been widely used in plant disease detection and other fields. It has the characteristics of good specificity, high sensitivity, convenience and speed. Here, we introduce the basic principle of LAMP technology and provide its applications in crop virus detection. Finally, we show the challenges and prospects in the LAMP of crop virus detection. This review will provide a reference for the diagnosis and early prevention of crop viruses by LAMP in the future.
