摘要：
Bei einer Gastroparese stellt die physiologische orale Nahrungszufuhr die optimale Ernahrungsweise dar. Treten aufgrund von ubelkeit, Erbrechen oder vorzeitigem Sattigungsgefuhl allerdings ein Nahrstoff- bzw. Energiedefizit auf, ist eine enterale Ernahrung uber eine Jejunostomie indiziert. In schweren Fallen bleibt oftmals nur die parenterale Ernahrung uber einen zentralen Katheter. US-Forschende beleuchteten diese Thematik.
