RETRACTED: Research on planning and design of settlement from cities to rural areas based on big data technology (Retracted Article)

In order to improve the planning effect of rural settlement, this paper improves the traditional big data technology and applies the improved big data technology to the rural settlement planning and design. Moreover, according to the system requirements, this paper carries out the design of the main functional modules of the system, the design of system logic, and the design of physical schemes in accordance with the goals and principles of system design. In addition, this paper constructs a planning and design system for rural settlement areas based on big data technology, combines the construction process of rural settlement to construct the system process, sets up system users, and analyzes the system implementation method according to the system logic structure level. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the system, this paper designs experiments to conduct big data analysis and evaluation of the planning effect of rural settlement areas. From the experimental research results, it can be known that the system proposed in this paper meets the requirements of demand analysis.
