摘要
This work aims to propose a femtech development model, reconciling the ability of academic researchers with entrepreneurial skills, emphasizing the relevance of female entrepreneurship. To reach this goal, we sought (1) to consolidate the definition of the term; (2) understand the opportunities and challenges; and (3) describe a set of good practices and guidelines for creating femtechs. The Design Science research method was used to build an artifact and prescribe solutions to increase the entrepreneurial intention of researchers in biological sciences. The results are: (1) definition, femtech is a technology-based startup whose products and services meet the specific health needs of female biological people and have women as the central point of development of solutions. (2) challenges, cultural issues of taboo and challenges inherent in the act of entrepreneurship. (3) opportunities, exploration of solutions on the subject and female entrepreneurship. The proposed Framework has ten sectors. At the center is the woman, a female biological individual. The femtech life cycle is divided into three levels, "look in", "look out" and "look away". And three moments "ideation", "team building" and "growth".
