摘要
Strontium ferrate nanoparticles (SrF/NPs) were synthesised using the co-precipitation method in this study, and the process was examined using spectroscopic techniques from the scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) and strontium ferrite nanoparticle (SrF/NP) were combined with carbon paste to modify the carbon paste electrode (CPE). The SrF/MWCNT/MCPE has greater electrocatalytic activity and sensitivity towards the detection of paracetamol (PA) in the presence of adrenaline (AD), as shown by electrochemical characterization utilising cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The limits of detection for PA and AD were determined to be 6.4 mu M and 5.8 mu M, respectively, while the limits of quantification were found to be 20 mu M for PA and 18.1 mu M for AD using CV methods. The development of a selective simultaneous study for PA, AD, and FA (folic acid) was made possible by effective separation at BCPE and MCPE, DPV techniques confirmed that there is no interference between binary analytes, and the proposed MCPE identifies the PA tablet sample with successful recovery.
