The Proposal of Data Sharing Platform Principles for Academic Spin-off Companies

In order to streamline the technology transfer process, eliminate errors and speed up the implementation of new innovations, the author proposes basic principles for creating a platform for sharing information between spin-off companies, which will enable effective cooperation between individual entities with the potential to have a positive impact on the economic and technological environment. By studying research on the topic of strategy, innovation and data sharing, the author compiled the basic principles of the platform according to the qualitative Grounded theory method with regard to the practical usability of the created proposal.
