摘要
The paper proposes a new hybrid concept of dv/dt filtering for SiC-based cascaded multilevel power converters. The proposed concept consists in the use of the undamped dv/dt filter, susceptible to resonance, and the use in the PWM control algorithm of additional control pulses for SiC MOSFET transistors that force resonant voltage switching at the converter output. The dv/dt mitigation effect is obtained with the use of a single dv/dt filter common for the entire phase branch, which allows to obtain a preferably simple structure of the entire power converter
