摘要
The fifth edition of the BACB (R) Task List (2017) included an updated requirement for 30 hours of Personnel Supervision and Management content. This change made the inclusion of a separate, stand-alone course in OBM an imperative in graduate training programs. This paper outlines a graduate-level course in organizational behavior management (OBM) currently offered at Missouri State University. Over the course of a 16-week semester, there are three exams covering the readings and class discussions, and a three-part performance management project.
