摘要
Automation of production through the use of modern project management systems ensures the competitiveness of industrial enterprises. The mechanism of enterprise project management is determined depending on the organizational structure, the scale of the enterprise, its development strategy, and the content of projects. The purpose of the study is to study the issues of project management in the shipbuilding industry. The basis of the study was the works of domestic and foreign authors in this field of knowledge. The paper considers theoretical issues related to project management, the place and role of project portfolio management in a shipbuilding enterprise, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of existing project management systems. The characteristics of the project management system at a particular enterprise are given and its analysis is carried out, methodological recommendations for improving the project management procedure are presented. The reliability of the calculations is confirmed by quantitative methods. The results of the study are of applied importance, they contribute to the construction of a project management system at a shipbuilding enterprise.
