摘要
Due to its good biocompatibility, magnesium alloy has been greatly developed in the application field of absorbable implant metal materials in recent years. At the same time, the disadvantages of magnesium alloy materials are more obvious. Because of the poor mechanical properties of as-cast magnesium alloy, the bearing capacity as an implant is insufficient. In this paper, the self-made cast magnesium alloy was strengthened by extrusion at three extrusion temperatures, and then the grain refinement and phase composition of the extruded magnesium alloy were investigated by optical microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The grain shape, recrystallization volume fraction, grain orientation and microstructure of magnesium alloy at different extrusion temperatures were studied by quasi-in-situ electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD). Through tensile test, the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy under different extrusion parameters were studied. It was found that the lower the extrusion temperature, the higher the tensile strength of the material. This paper aims to improve the mechanical properties of magnesium alloys, and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the preparation, processing and application of high-performance medical magnesium alloys.
