Financial sovereignty and financial security Russia in the modern world: history lessons

The article deals with the historical aspects of the actual problem of financial sovereignty and financial security of Russia in modern world. The results of historical and legal analysis of this problem reveal the historical and political background for the emergence and existence of a fundamental constitutional contradiction in matters of ideology and goal-setting in the activities to protect the financial sovereignty and ensure the financial security of Russia. Based on this, the basic principles of protecting financial sovereignty and ensuring the financial security of Russia in the context of the transformation of a monopolar world order into a multipolar one is formulated.
