摘要
With the proposal of the integrated development strategy of national transportation and energy integration, the coupling degree between highway system and energy system is deepening. However, there is a lack of disaster emergency assessment methods considering the integration of highway system and energy system. Therefore, this paper proposes a disaster emergency assessment method and recovery strategy for highway energy system (HES) against the background of earthquake. Firstly, analyze the ground motion attenuation model, establish a seismic vulnerability model for the HES, and calculate the failure probability of the system equipment. Secondly, it is proposed to use load loss rate, load recovery rate, and emergency energy reliability as emergency evaluation indicators for the HES, and generate transmission line loss scenarios for the HES based on the roulette wheel algorithm. Finally, the case study was used to demonstrate the rationality of the proposed indicators and the effectiveness of the repair strategy.
