摘要
In a dynamic business context, the entrepreneurial learning process gains prominence, especially in innovative areas that are still little explored, such as the creative industry. In view of this, the general objective of this research was to analyze the entrepreneurial learning process at Armazem da Criatividade Caruaru, from the standpoint of the entrepreneur subjects, in the development of their businesses. To this end, the methodological procedures used culminated in a qualitative, explanatory research, using content analysis to confront theory and empirical reality. It was verified that the entrepreneurs investigated perceive the environment of the Armazem da Criatividade Caruaru as a stimulating space to learn entrepreneurship, acquire knowledge, relate to other entrepreneurs, exchange experiences, update themselves and consequently, improve their business. However, given the regional particularities, there are strategic demands for an improvement in the relationship, encouraging more dialogue and inclusion of other members of the ecosystem; as well as operational demands to promote the expansion of consulting services, attracting investors and participation in public funding. However, these evidences reaffirm the importance of shared spaces for entrepreneurial learning, deserving attention from public policies and from individuals who seek to become entrepreneurs.
