Numerical simulation and optimization of lead-based perovskite solar cell with inorganic HTL using SCAPS-1D

摘要
In recent years, perovskite solar cell (PSC) has gained a lot of attention due to its inexpensive cost of the fabrication process and great power conversion efficiency. The structure of perovskite contains an active layer sandwich between electron transport layer and hole transport layer (HTL). The contact layers in solar cell play a significant role in overall performance of solar cell. Many work have been reported on methylammonium lead halide s(MAPbX3) with various HTL. But the interface between MAPbX3 with organic CuInSe2 is not studied yet. In this study, we developed an interface between perovskite solar cell and inorganic hole transport layer, CuInSe2. In our proposed structure ITO/WS2/CH3NH3PbI3/CuInSe2/Au we used methylammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3) as a halide absorber layer and evaluated various parameters: efficiency, open circuit voltage, short circuit current and fill factor using SCAPS-1D software. In our findings we observed that the inorganic HTL CuInSe2 and methylammonium iodide absorber shows best result. The obtained results for PSC are, efficiency (19.33%), open circuit voltage, (VOC) (0.88) V, short circuit current (JSC) (26.91) mA/cm2 and fill factor (80.85%).Thus the CuInSe2 HTL with halide absorber layer can be good candidate for perovskite solar cell.
