摘要
The accumulation of Po-210 generated by neutron-irradiated lead-bismuth eutectic (LBE) is a noticeable issue for the radiation protection of the generation-IV reactor. In this study, FISPACT-2007 was used to simulate the activation of Po-210 in neutron-irradiated LBE. The specific activity of polonium-210 was measured by alpha spectrometry after deposition onto a silver disc. The experimental results indicate that the specific activities of Po-210 are anastomotic with the simulation value, which provides a basis for further research on evaluating the evaporate behavior of Po-210 in LBE.
