摘要
To enhance operational efficiency and reduce energy losses, reconfiguration of distribution systems can be made. This paper presents a multi-objective based Genetic Algorithms (GAs) to determine the optimal network configuration considering distributed generations (DGs). The solution to this problem involves a search over relevant radial configurations satisfying maximum and minimum voltage constraints, branch current carrying capacity limit and reduction of active power losses. The proposed reconfiguration algorithm is implemented in two cases, the first one is when no DGs integrate into the systems and the second one is when there is DGs integration. The merit of the proposed method is demonstrated through the IEEE 33-bus system.
