摘要
In this paper we will approach, through the lens of criminal theory, a detailed analysis of the online child grooming offence, as defined in Article 183 ter, section 1 of the Spanish Criminal Code, in order to identify the problems of interpretation that its wording may entail, in an effort to elaborate a drafting proposal aimed at improving the legislative technique currently in force.
