摘要
Education has been one of the fields most affected by Covid-19 and the problems related to it are widely discussed in scientific papers. The majority of researchers, interested in the higher education, study students' mental health, while a smaller number that of university teachers The aim of this article is to suggest a set of approaches to psychosocial support (PSS) for university teachers in a crisis context. The combination of quantitative and qualitative methods will help identify main issues that affect the life and work of university educators. Based on the significant topics and experiences revealed by the focus groups, a stress-reducing, psychosocial training will be applied. This study will contribute by combining phenomenological analysis with training groups. Thus, it will help create a PSS model applicable in future crisis contexts and integrated in an effective prevention strategy to protect university teachers' health.
