Analysis on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Employment Decision-Making of College Graduates

Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment and a large number of college graduates, the employment situation is getting more and more severe. At present, the employment situation of college graduates in my country is not good, and there are still many problems in employment decision-making. Mainly reflected in cognitive limitations, employment information, and employment decision-making ability. In response to the requirements of the state and society, colleges and universities should attach importance to graduate employment decisions. This paper sorts out and integrates the previous researches and analyzes the current situation of the employment decision-making of college graduates in my country. In addition, this paper also expounds how to improve the employability of college graduates in my country from three aspects: improving the cognitive level of graduates, broadening employment information, and strengthening the training of decision-making ability. It has certain enlightenment for college students' employment decision-making and provides basis and relevant suggestions for college students to establish correct career planning.
