摘要：

Mistakes in professional contexts are always made and everywhere. If we manage to learn from our mistakes in our libraries and in other organisations, we will be able to optimise working processes in the long term. Then, we can enhance the quality of our service and we will work more innovatively. In this way, we increase the unique selling point of our library in the competition with digital offers and services and are perceived more strongly as a competent service partner by our users. This article deals with the improvement of the error culture in libraries.
