摘要
A palladium-catalyzed cascade cyclization of allenylethylene carbonates with 1,3-indandiones was developed, providing biologically interesting tetracyclic dihydrocyclopentaindenofuranone derivatives having three contiguous quaternary carbon centers in moderate to high yields with excellent diastereoselectivities.
