摘要
InGaN Micro LEDs coated with CsPbBr3 perovskite enabled a dual-wavelength VLC system, achieving 600Mb/s with a low power consumption of similar to 3.4pJ/ bit for blue and 11.1-Mb/s data rates for green lights respectively.
