摘要
The objective of the text is to analyze the constitution of a grammar about the vocabularies applied to the foundations of human rights described in the document of the National Guidelines for Human Rights Education. Thus, the article makes use of questions and theoretical fragments to think the law and the State as a language and a set of functionalities operated by and operating from a violence cooriginating the legal-state dimension. It also reflects on the possibility of a line of escape through the ontological-political perspective of anarchy that may present itself in pedagogical experiences as a repositioning of the field of Human Rights Education beyond the foundational paradigms.
