摘要
Objective: This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and motivation on performance with work method variety as a mediating variable. Methods: The analysis was carried out using cross-sectional and quantitative survey methods. Data analysis uses SEM-PLS to test the hypothesis of relationships between models. Results: The results show that the hypothesis tests the relationship between Motivation and Performance. The results show that Motivation affects Performance (t = 7,505, p = 0.000). Similarly, Motivation affects the Work Method Variety (t = 4,645, p = 0.000). However, the transformational leadership hypothesis had no significant effect on Performance (t = 1.157, p = 0.248). Furthermore, transformational leadership has a significant effect on work method variety (t = 6,936, p = 0.000). Similarly, the Work method variety has a significant effect on Performance (t = 2.120, p = 0.034). Furthermore, the work variety method mediates the influence of transformational leadership on performance (t = 2.107, p = 0.036), the work variety method mediates the influence of transformational leadership on performance (t = 0.381, p = 0.703). Practical Implications: This research is useful for companies to always innovate in order to improve performance.
