摘要
This study evaluated the learning of graduates of an online program on health management. It is an evaluative research with an analytical approach, based on the theoretical framework of the Kirkpatrick model. The sample was 728 from the course, and they were composted through sociodemographic data and were composted through learning instruments, before the course and post-course of semi-structured instruments. Descriptive analysis was performed, considering the first two levels of KirkPatrick's evaluation model. Descriptive analysis was performed, with frequency of relative frequencies; and analytical, with a significance level of 5%, using the Mann-Whitney test. The parts were performed in STATA version 14.0. Of the graduates, 71.57% were female, 77.88% had higher education and 56.18% SUS professionals. There was a growing displacement and significant learning of the graduates (p<0.001). The course was positive in the professionals' learning, as the work expands directly on the significant assessment in the self-assessments of learning as important in the assessment of interest or in the assessment of professionals with / thematic management in Health. These scalable training strategies can enhance continuing education in health.
