摘要
The article addresses the inadequacies in the pedagogical vocational training of the primary teacher of upper middle level in the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The objective is to develop a pedagogical model for preparing teachers to use ICT to address this deficiency. The expert criterion method and triangulation technique were used. It is concluded that the proposed pedagogical model is feasible and relevant for the improvement of the investigated process and for preparing pre-service primary teachers for their performance in relation to the methodological teaching function.
