摘要
Although development of sensors being capable of a specific tetracycline antibiotics detection has been exten-sively documented recently, total quantification of this harmful antibiotics seems to be more imperative from the perspective of environmental monitoring. In this work, 5-aminoisophthalic acid-based metal-organic framework (Zn/H2aip) probe was presented for total tetracyclines detection including tetracycline (TC), oxytetracycline (OTC), doxycycline (DOX) and chlortetracycline (CTC) based on fluorescence method. The prepared probe so-lution displayed a fluorescence quenching response at 403 nm together with an obvious fluorescence enhancement at about 520 nm to the four tetracyclines, realizing a ratiometric fluorescence response of the probe to the targets. In addition to mechanism study behind this phenomenon by experiments including UV-vis, fluorescence and infrared spectroscopy, the stability and reusability of the proposed probe was investigated for the evaluation of its potential in practical application.
