摘要
This systematic review aimed to identify and summarize the reliability and validity of the questionnaires that have been designed for assessing self-perceived physical fitness (PF) in children and adolescents. Three electronic databases (MEDLINE/PubMed, SPORTDiscuss and Scopus) were searched systematically from their inception until March 2022. Nine questionnaires were found. Concurrent validity was mostly obtained by correlating the items of the questionnaires with PF field-based tests, and mild to moderate associations were obtained. Internal validity was mostly analyzed by factorial analysis. Test-retest reliability was informed in two questionnaires, and high values were observed. There are several questionnaires of self-perceived PF validated in children and adolescents with psychometric properties generally ranging between fair and moderate. Only the SPHQ-C and the IFIS questionnaires reported acceptable validity, reliability, and internal consistency values.
