胃癌中cyclin D1、cyclin E和P27的表达及其意义

摘要：

目的探讨ｃｙｃｌｉｎＤ１、ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ和ｐ２７蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组化法检测６０例胃癌组织中ｃｙｃｌｉｎＤ１、ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ和ｐ２７蛋白的表达。结果胃癌组织中ｃｙｃｌｉｎＤ１、ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ和ｐ２７蛋白表达阳性率分别为４１．７％（２５／６０）、３８．３％（２３／６０）和３６．７％（２２／６０）；ｃｙｃｌｉｎＤ１在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤Ｌａｕｒｅｎ分型相关，ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度及肿瘤分期相关，而ｐ２７蛋白的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和肿瘤分期相关。另外，ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ和ｐ２７蛋白在胃癌中的表达呈现显著负相关。结论检测胃癌组织中ｃｙｃｌｉｎＤ１、ｃｙｃｌｉｎＥ和ｐ２７蛋白的表达有助于判断肿瘤的进展程度。
