摘要
学校组织再造理论经过20多年的发展,理论体系不断完善,研究范围不断扩大,研究结论越来越贴近学校现实。综观学校组织再造理论的发展脉络,近年来这一领域的研究成果可分成五大主题——学校组织再造的概念与内涵、学校组织发展形式、学校组织再造中的权力分配、学校组织再造的具体对象和学校组织再造的理论依托。而开拓其他的研究主题、加强实证研究、大胆借用其他学科成熟的研究方法是学校组织再造研究未来发展的方向。
