China’s reform and opening-up policy since the early1980s has strongly pushed its economy to grow rapidly.The petroleum industry in the country has also actively gone alone with the tide.In 1979,the industry bravely reached out to make contact with US oil companies.The cooperation between the two sides by then featured with US companies taking risks solely during exploration stage
