摘要：

Counties and cities under the jurisdiction of county are the basic administrative units in China.Under the planned economic system,they are essential to the organization and management of productive and non-productive activities,to the formulation of middle-long term planning of the regional socio-eonomic development,to the distribution of regional resources,and to policy formulation on environmental protection and reservation.Therefore,research on coordinated development of man-land relationship at county level is of special importance in China.
