人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen, HLA)基因是主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex, MHC)基因家族的成员,HLA-B*5701基因是HLA基因中的一个等位基因。自21世纪初以来,因其与艾滋病抗病毒治疗药物阿巴卡韦的超敏反应密切相关,同时有益于延缓HIV感染者的疾病进展,而得到了广泛关注,国内外多位学者对此基因进行了研究。本文综述了HLA-B*5701等位基因与阿巴卡韦超敏反应的相关性、药前筛查阿巴卡韦超敏反应的应用和此筛查在不同人群中的适用性,并对此等位基因可延缓HIV疾病进展的相关研究做了简要介绍。
