Objective To explore the prevalence and risk factors of orthostatic hypotension(OH)in elderly hypertension patients.Methods A total of 532 retired hypertension patients elder than 65 years in Guangzhou military region were enrolled.The patients were divided into 2 groups:Hypertension group,n=414 and Hypertension with OH(H+OH)group,n=118.The patient’s age(65-79,≥80),hypertension grade(Grade 1-3)and complication
