摘要：
As China makes developments in science and technology,combined with its entry to the WTO, there is a new demand forcollege students to acquire complex talents at this special time.Writing as one of the five abilities (listening; speaking; writingand translating) encouraged by college English teaching isbecoming ever more important. Therefore more effectivetechniques in teaching college students especailly in teachingwriting has become an important issue nowadays in suchsituation.
