摘要：
CNPC actively advances the energy transition, builds a green, low-carbon, and sustainable future, and is committed to fully participating in the building of a carbon recycling economic system oriented to the “goal of carbon neutrality by 2060”. In 2020, CNPC included “green and lowcarbon” into its development strategy, and proposed the “three-step” strategic deployment of clean substitution, strategic succession and green transformation.
